I had a leak on my AC drain, I was surprised when I called the 24-hour number that someone actually picked up and they had someone at my home the next morning. They were able to make repairs in a timely manner.

I left a message on the general voicemail as well. The two young men that showed up to take care of my AC issues impressed me greatly! Very respectful, seemed knowledgeable, and created a great experience for me! They offered to clean up after themselves, asking for a broom. I declined, stating I would handle it, but the consideration was nice!! Don't find much of that these days!

Enviro Mechanical installed a new AC system at our house in Covington in the beginning of October. Their services were contracted through a home warranty service, but we couldn't be happier with who we were assigned. Customer service was top notch, from all the extra calls their staff fielded (including one I'm sure was after hours), to the technician and his assistant - who got the actual AC work done quickly, and with explanation as to why the problem occurred and future preventative actions we could take. They were courteous, friendly - and masked! Would definitely use their services again, and would definitely recommend.
